Rachel is a sustainability consultant focused on how to bring systems-level thinking to the fashion industry, applying innovation via new business models, supply chain transformation and storytelling. In this role, she leads the strategy for Google's sustainability platform in partnership with Stella McCartney; and helps drive change for a variety of luxury businesses. She also sits on the British Fashion Council's Positive Fashion committee.
Rachel delivered a TEDx talk in 2016 about the role tech needs to play to enable a more environmentally sustainable fashion industry, and has regularly spoken on such subjects at other international events including SXSW, Copenhagen Fashion Summit and Cannes Lions. She also curates content and hosts talks for brands. She was the host for both H&M's inaugural Capital Market's Day and the H&M Foundation's Global Change Awards summit, and has further given talks to or moderated panels for LVMH, adidas, Mulberry, Amazon and more.
By background she is an award-winning business journalist. She established the first news source dedicated to fashion and technology, and has contributed to heavyweight titles as varied as Wired, Forbes and The Business of Fashion.

Rosanna is an award-winning digital strategist with over 10 years’ experience in the fashion industry working across e-commerce, communications, events and licensing for brands including Matthew Williamson and the British Fashion Council. She launched the digital strategy of both companies. Her most recent role was as Business Director of Matthew Williamson, for whom she continues to consult today, alongside a variety of other luxury, fashion and lifestyle businesses.
In 2019, she won ‘Innovator of the Year’ at the Cosmopolitan Magazine Influencer Awards. Other awards include Drapers magazine’s ’30 under 30′ list, as well as featuring in The Drum’s inaugural Digerati alongside the likes of both Natalie Massenet and James Hart – a list of 100 individuals setting and leading the digital agenda.
She is an established speaker and chair within the London fashion community. In 2018, she hosted the Facebook Fashion Summit’s panel on influencers. She is a regular each season for Nick Knight’s live fashion week panels at SHOWstudio. Other panels include the V&A, FoundHer Festival and London Fashion Week Festival.
